Venue Notes
You can find the gymnastics hall past the centre reception at rear of building. You may need to ask to be allowed through gates at reception. Please note that while based within a Glasgow Club facility, these classes are not facilitated by Glasgow Club/Life.

Adult Classes: Please wait outside glass doors until other classes have left and the class is called in by coach.

One hours of gymnastics fun and games at City of Glasgow GC for gymnasts 5 to 12+ years. Participants will be lead by coaches for a warm up and cool down as well as getting to try out the different apparatus such as the bars, trampoline and fast track each week.

Gymnasts should be have an active membership with Scottish (or British) Gymnastics. Find out more at:
