Venue Notes
You can find the gymnastics hall past the centre reception at rear of building. You may need to ask to be allowed through gates at reception. Please note that while based within a Glasgow Club facility, these classes are not facilitated by Glasgow Club/Life.

Adult Classes: Please wait outside glass doors until other classes have left and the class is called in by coach.

One hours of gymnastics skills and training at City of Glasgow GC for gymnasts 6 to 12+ years. Participants will build on basics covered in our Beginners classes on apparatus such as bars, beam, floor and vault each week towards harder and more challenging skills.

Gymnasts should be have an active membership with Scottish (or British) Gymnastics. Find out more at:
